Amstel ICT-beheer Holding BV (Amstel ICT) is an Amsterdam-based private limited company. Its primary function is the administration and management of affiliated service providers (other companies) in the Information, communication and technology (ICT) sector. It does so through efficient corporate governance, funding, and investment. In addition, its activities are grouped into:
- Acquiring and managing business assets, securities, and other investments.
- The extension of corporate funding and financial assurances.
- Management and supervision of both internal and external entities.
